To make a reservation you can send us an email to hello@dontxoko.com or fill up this form and we’ll get back to you shortly.
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR RESERVATION POLICY TO AVOID
CONFUSIONS OR DISSAPOINTMENTS.
WE WOULD RESPECTFULLY ASK TO ARRIVE AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION.
IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, WE MAY NEED TO HOLD YOU BACK TO A LATER TIME TO ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE LEVEL OF SERVICE TO ALL OUR GUESTS.
WE CAN HOLD YOUR TABLE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES.
AFTER 15 MINUTES YOUR TABLE WILL BE REALSED FOR A NEW CUSTOMER.
BOOKINGS FOR 5 OR MORE PEOPLE NEED A £15/PERSON DEPOSIT.
(THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE DISCOUNTED FROM YOUR BILL).
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT WE ARE NOTIFIED OF ANY ALLERGIES PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT TO ENSURE THAT WE CAN CATER FOR YOU APPROPRIATELY.
WE WORK WITH ALL THE ALLERGENS IN A FAST SERVICE AND SMALL KITCHEN AND UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A FREE ALLERGEN MEAL.
THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF MAKING THE RESERVATION MUST ENSURE THAT ALLERGIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION.
RESERVATION IN A PARTICULAR AREA OR TABLE
TABLES ARE ALLOCATED ON THE DAY BY OUR RESTAURANT BOOKING SYSTEM AND ALTHOUGH WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ALLOCATE A TABLE IN YOUR PREFERRED AREA OF THE DINING ROOM, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ALWAYS GUARANTEE THIS.
YOUNG GUESTS, CHILDRENS & BABIES
YOUNG GUESTS ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS THEY PARTICIPATE IN DINNING FROM OUR MENU. WE DON'T HAVE CHILD FACILITIES BUT SMALL CHILDREN AND BABIES ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS ALL RESPECT OUR DINERS' EXPERIENCE.

UNFORTUNATELY DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE RESTAURANT.
